The Fast Facts

Gear up for the Feed the Need 5K run/walk, where we are hitting the pavement for a good cause. Come out and join St. John the Baptist Catholic Church and Western Catholic Union Branch #268 for our 1st annual 5K run/walk as we raise money to provide bi-monthly dinner Sunday nights followed by a bible study for children who are less fortunate in our community. We will be running the streets of Union, MO as we raise money for this cause.

Race Details

Location: Union City Lake, 339 Clark Ave, Union MO

The starting line will be near the white pavilion by

the lake located on Clark Ave.

Start Time: 8:00am CDT

Price: $25.00 Race Fee + processing fees

Registration: Online registration ends April 26th at 6:00pm CDT

Day-of registration starts at 7:00am CDT

(Register by April 12th to guarantee t-shirt)

Day-of registration will be at the white pavilion near the starting line.

Online registration packet pick up starts at 7am on April 29th at the white pavilion.

Metals: 1st & 2nd will be given to the top 2 males & females in each age group

Mission Statement

The Feed the Need run/walk, an annual event, provides an opportunity to answer Jesus’ call to us; “I was hungry and you gave me food” while enjoying a race on the streets of Union. The kids night out with Jesus bible study (k.n.o.w. Jesus bible study) is a kid’s bible study hosted by St. John the Baptist Catholic Church that seeks to invite the less fortunate kids in our community to enjoy a bi-monthly Sunday dinner followed by a bible study. All proceeds go to St. John the Baptist's k.n.o.w. Jesus bible study.
